IF there's nothing at OFC, they have nothing - ie they have major hurdles to overcome still (reliability and scalability come to mind per March 1 PR admission..) imo.
OFC tells the story. It's the biggest industry event of the year
13,000 participants over 5 days.
Their best chance to make a big splash is during OFC. They've had ALL YEAR TO PREPARE FOR THIS YEAR'S OFC.
IF they really do have something meaningful they will show it at the OFC. And if they don't show much - you KNOW things aren't so great
It's most likely a waste of time to look to the PIC conference (800 participants) 2 weeks later or late May for the ASM.. for what they should reveal at the OFC.
