Who cares? Those SCAMMERS have done NOTHING for the stock. And support NOTHING but LIES! They got & get paid in shares, bought the stock, & then DUMPED IT as soon as this DO-NOTHING CLOWNSTICK "ceo" became Pink Current after YEARS of being STUCK in the gray markets.
These guys are SCAMMING the boards, SCAMMING investors, & have DONE NOTHING to improve the stock value here...
Urging a "RESTRUCTURING" only benefits THEM as the R/S WIPES OUT shareholders. Giving them ~$0.02 for EVERY DOLLAR of value shareholders CURRENTLY OWN!!
If you want to SUPPORT the shareholders RETRACT the R/S, start SELLING the IP rights, make some money & FIND NEW PROPERTIES to actually bring some revenues here... After nearly 15 (FIFTEEN) YEARS the company HAS NOT made a single solitary profitable penny!
If the funders who GOT DISCOUNTED SHARES for supporting this NIGHTMARE actually believe this stock has promise - PROVE IT!
Cancel the R/S & START WALKING the walk!! And I bet the stock runs FAR HIGHER & breaks out above the previous $0.0014 HIGH!!
Wouldn't take much! ESPECIALLY considering these CLOWNSTICK-SUPPORTERS CLAIM there is "so much great news". Awesome: RELEASE IT!!
Get the stock price up... & if later you need more shares (post A/S being diluted into O/S) at least you have a higher pps from which to DO SO & that means a SMALLER stock split.

[] SELL the IP Rights
