I thought I was on ignore ; ). By the way, there was no mention in that piece about the regulators keeping 17 SOC/placebo patients out of the trial hence reducing powering. Nor was there any mention of that algorithm having parameters utilized against it that included multiple check downs for any bias. None found. Maybe perfection is the enemy of good enough and you all want to insist on perfection. Gee, I wonder why the regulators seem more interested in just finding something that works based on approval of the pediatric trial proposal acceptance. Those 80 days post submission are coming up fast. Best wishes.
