Im 5% convinced they will be bought within a year after UK approval which is my whole point,. EVERYTHING points to it.

There's also the issue of cash burn. If holding out beyond a year is some kind of strategy as leverage to demand more, that's a problem without sales/marketing in place to fall back on. But franchising is the other alternative in lieu of a BO.

the point is that they are using this text on the eve of the approval of DCVAXL in the UK. That means a lot.

The point is that it's boiler plate, cover your ass text that has been in their fins since the beginning.

That you think it is significant because we are closer to approval is fine, I can't change your opinion on that or tell you you're wrong, we just disagree.

I don't put any thought into a boiler plate risk section, which has not changed for the past 15 years, somehow being significant now after not changing again just because we're closer to approval.

Whatever your opinions, the fact that the text appears in the 10-K, as it has for the last many years, is not a sign of anything. They just left the boilerplate risk language alone. You are overthinking it.

DD… why does NWBO need their own sales & marketing team? That’s what partnerships are for. EVERY major BP in the US has THOUSANDS of sales reps… Did Moderna have a sales team for its C19 vax, NO!

Besides, wadda you think needs to be SOLD or MARKETED? The attention of DCVax approval will helps prime/educate the general market… Institutions & Onc centers are already doing everything tumor, all they’ll need to know, in the early phase, is where do we send the frozen tumor?

Linda & Co. WILL NOT SELL as soon as DCVax is approved! They didn’t come this far to walk away from maximizing their ROI!

FWIW they could sell but by continually pounding that drum, it seems like you are just creating fear that longs potentially might not realize a true valuation, shake ppl out early! Just my opinion
