The ten million preferred shares convert to 150 common shares each. So that is 1.5 billion by itself. I don't see a future without an RS.

Each share of the Series C Preferred Stock is expected to be convertible into One Hundred Fifty (150) shares of Common Stock and has a stated value of $3.00. 10,000,000 x 150.
I don't think they can be converted until a year from the closing date.
