Nobody in their right mind will buy this company... It's already 10x over valued... It's possible that some of the patents will be bought for pennies on the dollar in a bankruptcy situation...

I don't totally disagree with you but I think there's a more important part of this statement that should be highlighted and that's, 'we could seek assistance from a corporate partner or a third-party services firm with a large distribution system and a large direct sales force'.
LP is too smart to have waited this long to just start thinking about distribution. They've been working on it for a long time but just can't say it out loud yet.
Either way I know we're all in good shape.
