The fact TPTW applied for NASDAQ proves opposite. OTC purpose as far as I’m concerned is a way for a company to regulated publicly..not privately..this requires higher degree of intentional transparency by any company on OTC. Please comment, I have answers for any of your comments in the proper direction.
