Or it was all a scam. Klug was greedy, and wasn't going to tell you all anything. He didn't say nothing about this "deal" until well after more than a year, and only after the award. Likely just using it to keep you all from going after him. Putting the 950 million in that ridiculous 8-K when he knew for a fact the deal was already long dead. Klug is the guy that screwed you all.
