lizzy241, thanks. As per my post, I do not take V, but just thought I would check and see what Humana was doing and found the information I posted. But a question to you and anybody with knowledge regarding V being on any insurance formulary. Who actually establishes that? I thought it was per insurance company. Humana told me that Medicare decides what is on the formulary according to my plan. I will contact Medicare sometime within the next couple of days to find out they handle this.

Lizzy, Humana/ Centerwell do not offer a 100 day script. I tried, and I don't know why they don't.
