Will the FDA ever as it requires Anavex to file a NDA.

You have a very constrained idea of what it means for a clinical trial to fail. You apparently define failure and success of all trials only with respect to FDA (or some analogous foreign government body) approval or disapproval. So would you agree, accordingly, that Anavex has never run a successful clinical trial?

I have a broader understanding. In fact, as I use the terms, a trial can "fail" and still the drug might get approved. And I assume vice-versa.
