So NWBIO wants Marketing Approval for a treatment that is still being innovated & developed, with the broader paying public acting as defacto clinical trial patients !

Sure, the MHRA will go for that!

Every novel new treatment innovates, there is nothing secretive or strange about that.
And no the approval is being requested on a 10-year trial, the production method however is being innovative as is permitted by the RA as long as the drug itself is exactly as was used during the trial under approval.
