What’s an educated guess in the RS? Someone on another board said 1:100! Would it be that high?

There will have to be some consideration, on the part of investors, what kind of valuation can be assigned. At over a billion shares, to reach their stated goal of uplisting to the NASDAQ, this would imply a market cap for this new company of over $4B, minimum. I believe, and everyone is certainly free to disagree, that is not going to be a justifiable valuation in anyone's mind...unless this other company has massive revenue and established, recognized growth streams.
