That data is old. The ship hasn’t reported through AIS on other marine tracking websites in over 40+ days and these other websites show the vessel WAS parked at that scrap dock.

Try Googling other marine AIS location websites and see what you get.

The data you referenced shows 59 dats ago it WAS moving. Obviously it isn’t anymore, the ship may no longer exist. It’s very odd that the AIS is turned off as it stayed on over a year while the vessel sat off the coast of Manzanillo, Mexico but get turned off once the vessel arrives in Korea.
