Its not true,

Co issues shares ,causes chain reactions
(Yes they now have money in bank )
However when

Co issues new shares ,causes/ makes room for the games to be played, by funds who buy them for low as possible, shorts jump in to help them, throw in
aftermarket ,dark market trades WITH HELP FROM AI. Wash sales etc etc option games
And you get nice (cholent) mix.
Small investors ME get steam rolled .
