The two most important missing factors in the AD paper are the CSF pTau results and S1wt sub-grouping. Certain pTau species in CSF are purportedly more predictive than AB on a PET scan, and therefore much more predictive than the plasma AB ratio. Regulators will be looking for ours in any applications we file.
