Excellent - XCRT just finished up with ESN 21 / 22 audits and are consolidating it and AfiyaSasa into XCRT for the 23 audit. This audit is very comprehensive and required for the S-1 to become effective and for the uplist to Nasdaq.

Sounds like everything is progressing very nicely and I would imagine once the audits are complete we will be getting a ton of news and updates.
