There is one major problem with CE companies - the company has to file a 15c and on most CE companies FINRA won't process any Corporate Action Requests.

The Attorney or law firm doesn't matter - this is especially true for non-SEC filers.

As always, with the OTC there is tons of pinkyland Hopium.
