No d&d just conjecture. He spreads it across 100's of Otc boards weekly. Usually with no real research. Because there are scams and alot of doubts in Otc trading hes right occasionally and gets paid to bash. Weird to just take his word on this one. no one really knows what Belisarian is about to do with the shell they paid to clean up. Silly assumptions.
