I like your thinking on your note. Maybe the question to ask is, “Did Finra say no?” I keep seeing coming soon about the NFT Marketplace, but no details about Finra finality. Perhaps you don’t get to know until Finra tells you. Haha. Problem is that in the initial communications about this venture we were led to believe that the group of attorneys and counsel representing this enterprise-had done this sort of thing before, and would have or should have an understanding of the timelines involved. They have literally missed every timeline on the timeline. They have left everything vague and don’t seem to be leading, but rather following. This somewhat leads me to believe that perhaps they may be underfunded. Just one persons opinion. Not fact.
