It seems that FINRA is producing the delay problem here.
Maybe a play by the company to delay opening up at the proper time?

80 days is the new date... but how could you know when FINRA will finalize name/symbol change?

Better to just put out press releases saying, "Still waiting for FINRA". Just a tweet will do.
