You’re 100 percent correct. The K, in my opinion, reaffirmed that LWLG is no closer to meaningful revenue production then it was five years ago. I don’t write that with any pleasure. To the contrary, I have what can only be described as a simmering rage towards management and their habitual failures.

What else is there to write? This company will either be acquired for $12 or less per share or it will file for Chapter 7 within the next 18 months. Promising science scuttled by incompetent management.
