Why do you think a partnership deal is done and simply waiting on MAA to be cemented, whatever that means?

What evidence do you have that Phase 2 is cancelled if no RFI is issued? Literally any evidence?

Why do you insist that an MIA certificate cannot be granted until an MAA is filed?
