The video is real but it doesn't mean anything in terms of evaluating potential regulatory approval of Blarcamesine. It is but one example of a single patient who MAY have benefited from the drug. It is nothing more than anecdotal evidence and in the big scheme of things means absolutely nothing. What is more informative/interesting is that there have been less than a handful of similar anecdotal stories over the past several years.
