I do not think there was a press release on the financing ; We never had the other ( financing )party confirming in a press release that they were in firm negotaitions with us;
here we had a press releases by both Niocorp and Stellantis;
If Stellantis would back off that would be a material event and would have to be disclosed immediately by both parties.
