Thanks for posting that Walter, I just have one issue with that article.

Negotiations are still ongoing (otherwise we would have seen a press release) and anyone who has ever dealt with multinationals knows that these types of deals can take an enormous amount of time.

As you know we were led to believe financing was imminent and it wasn’t until after the several weeks comment for REE results and the SPAC NR, that we realized it wasn’t.
I do not recall a press release for the previous financing endeavour. So I would assume that was just Mark’s forward-looking statement, to keep us salivating.

Follow the Technicals, or be Fundamentally too late to the Party.
