True, but that was more of steady decline from lack of news, (IST news), lack of filings, expert markets, etc... But yes, it did fly south for the winter.
I am talking about while being current, we see some shenanigans to drop it, then pop it. IF we don't dip anymore, great! If we do dip, I expect it will rip shortly after. Just a take on it. Either way, I expect this bird to start flying north real soon.
