Means..y’all drop the price for period to allow low-average dilution..if price were averaged higher yall couldn’t get shares under average-price..that’s what every pre-dilution disclosure states..it’s based on average price during allowable period..yall drop price for this reason to buy the guaranteed cheaper price making it look like price will sustain cuz y’all manufacture volume that way like y’all did Friday/Monday. And today very low means it’s all y’all. I don’t require y’all guilty parties to agree but some day, the OTC scammer networks against individuals will be better regulated..until then yalls schemes are clear for take offs
