The common shareholders of EMGE get nothing in the share exchange. He doesn't want you to realize that while he's dumping stock.

The 1-5000 RS is still pending. That's on page 26 of the share exchange agreement. He ignores that because it is contrary to the fairy tale he's fabricated for this pump and dump.

The current shareholder KOAN will own around 7% of the company.
