I did not speak personally to the company.
These are my conclusions from doing dd together with members of my group of investors.

I contacted the MZ group a little over a week ago asking about when we can expect contract news and if there is any problem in the process. Luck replied saying the company has yet to publicly release any additional information related to my questions and asked me to watch for PR.

I followed up asking him if the company is going to do quarterly update for the 4th quarter. He said yes. Based on past updates, it should be early March (me checking last updates, not Luke's response).
