They must have been working on this plan back in 2023.
You don't just meet up and say lets do this.
This was most likely in the works months before this:

They announced it 30 days ago, the deal was already on the table and in motion when they announced the Partnership on Dec 20.... and even if we want go with the 60 days, which is the standard time line for DD on a transaction of this type.... they still know the intent of the deal... if they announced that Patrick and his team would be the management of this company, then they know what it is he and his team will be doing... so announce all of the intended details... dont leave people out here guessing what will happen... speculating a name change... wondering if they will reverse split to get a better PPS... Lawyers work on the spicifics of the deal, not the changes that will take place... Lets be real here... if I am buying/merging my company into another and I will be in charge of that company I am not going to continue call it by their name I will use my name since it will be on all of the documents as me owning it... Why is it so difficult for these deals to just come out and say what they are doing, why give only tidbits of information so people are confused or wondering what really is happening. I just dont get it, finalizing in 60 days has nothing to do with what the finalized product will look like... If I order my car from my Chevy dealer he tells me it will take 60 days to get built and shipped to the dealer... its not a surprise to me what it will look like, why? because its part of the deal, my dealer and I agreed on what it will look like and we then made the deal and all we are waiting for is for it to be done... same exact thing here... they know what this deal will look like, just tell us, There is a reason why they dont tell us and we know exactly what that reason is.

SouthPaw, people want to buy this, they really do... they are excited for someone with Patricks background to be taking over.... but while Jim is a great person and he got the ball rolling with the addition of OneMind Technologies, its been over two years since that deal happened and the stock has been stuck in this price rut for almost the whole time. The only time it showed any life was when the Dell deal was announced, but there was nothing to follow up with and the momentum died.

All anyone who is in this or who has followed it since Jim took over and the OneMind deal was done wants is some consistency on what is going on, to many unfilled, die on the vine proposals and deals that have been announced have left investors skittish on believing this is a real deal... and with the lack of information, other then a new management team, but no plan of action, they are just not buying.

This stock just on OneMind alone should be at eight to ten cents... but its not because people just dont know... and to tell them to wait another 30 days just isnt right, they have been waiting for years for gods sake.
