I am hoping the delay is a negotiations tactic by CRTG. The merger/partner may be using the "late" investor call to pressure CRTG into a hurried lop sided deal. If that is the case CRTG can take all the time they need to negotiate the best deal.

I would agree most definitely two pieces there. The update on Endurion COULD have been done on January 11th as planned, so certainly that is part of the upcoming call - no brainer. What is holding up the show appears to be the corporate development portion. We have no clue what that is, but if it turns out to be something that does not move the stock price higher it will be a major deflator. On the other hand, partnerships acquisitions and mergers can take some time to hammer out with the time frame something that can't be estimated with precision. So, if tomorrow or Wednesday we get a new date for the call and it is next week you would assume that the paperwork has been signed. If the date of the call is end of March or into April you can assume there's no agreement yet. Again this assumes the corporate developments are partnerships or something that will move the price of a share. If those 'developments' don't move the price, nobody is going to care about them.
