If you believe you have a case then go for it. IMHO, if there really was a legitimate claim of wrongdoing the class action lawyers would have been all over it years ago. In the meanwhile sales are growing at an impressive rate. New products are in development.
BTW, I think that if Elite bought Mikah’s half of Adderall there may be, depending on the price paid, a good case against Nasrat. That is why I think it won’t ever happen.
