Most if not all class action lawsuits are brought forth by funds that hold large positions ... Which of course, Elite has none !!!!!!

"In the meanwhile sales are growing at an impressive rate. New products are in development." .. This I agree with 💯# .. BUT we remain in the mid-teens and Elite's revenue and balance sheet could both be better,

If you believe you have a case then go for it. IMHO, if there really was a legitimate claim of wrongdoing the class action lawyers would have been all over it years ago.

Hi JamesF1, I heard of a recent case where a company was found guilty of committing fraud over many years, and the guilty judgement includes $350M disgorgment of funds that were determined to be fraudulently and illegally obtained. The executives were banned from running a business in the state for multiple years. Of course, that was a civil fraud case filed by the state attorney general after a multi-year investigation. I have no idea if the attorney general of New Jersey has Nasrat Hakim on their radar, but I do know of at least two tort shops that follow this ticker closely, at least one of whom seems to have as good an understanding of ELTP history and Hakim's modus operandi as I do. With tort lawyers, it's all about the millions of dollars on the table. When the pile of money gets high enough, then you will see who is "all over it."
