Seriously, who the F cares? Can he run a public company? Can he generate revenue? Can he meet his fiduciary duty to shareholders? That’s the only material questions at issue.

Who cares that he has an expert witness gravy train? How is that relevant to anything regarding LWLG’s inability to close a deal?

X, thanks. On top of his vast knowledge he is just a very approachable and a likeable person. He is old school CEO and creating long term value and continuity for his stakeholders. Like it very much that he kept us away from venture capitalists, private equity and other short term grifters. Institutions and loyal long term retail investors are to share the incredible value he will unlock. The man is not interested in money for the money. The man is already pretty rich and pretty principled in societal issues. Wares black silk to make sure his super high intellect and ability is not distracted , wooden black shoes ( as a Dutchman I like that) and doesn’t own a car. Uses public transportation. Doesn’t want to lose time by driving a car, uses time to work where possible 24/7. Photonics science is his life. His reputation in this field is exemplary.
