Thanks for that legal analysis, which sounds spot on. I'm not a lawyer, but I think the treatment of Amarin in the courts since Judge Du's deflating decision leaves me with a half-cup-full attitude toward anything affecting Amarin in the courts. If there is any justice, though, Amarin is due for a win and the magistrate judge's recommendation that Hikma remain in the case certainly seems like the kind of thing that will make an appeals court take a serious look at the arguments.
