I agree, they really are useless at this point. I have noticed the markets after the initial reaction to a Fed meeting and Powell conference (Qs/As) the markets generally ignore the blathering talking heads that are just repeating the known narrative in various flavors.
The most important US economic numbers this week will be on Thursday morning at 8:30 am; PCE index of various types (Personal Consumption Expenditures Price Index). The Fed really follows this index as his best understanding of inflation/prices coming down for citizens.
