The test facility’s report writer is being far more professional than I am capable of. I would simply write in the report these azz clowns don’t know shit about NEC colors or proper wiring methods. I would definitely used single conductors to carry each leg and not used 2 smaller in a pair. It messes with the clamp on meter’s accuracy
