Power Up was run by Curt Kramer. I believe he's now moved on to a new company that does the same thing. By now, he's had about ten of them, all doing toxic lending.

Mazuma Corporation was one of his first. The SEC caught up with him in 2013:

He paid his fine; it was the cost of doing business. And he's continued to do business. Sometimes he's worked with his brother Seth; sometimes alone. But he's raking it in.
