If you read the last 3rd quarter filing you will find what you are saying is false. The unrestricted is growing from the added 1.6 Billion that came untraceable after the 3rd qtr filing. All the shares add up. Gene is lying. O/S 4,001,817,059-old o/s 2,411,817,059= 1,590,000,000 + Gene and Brian's "restricted" shares 378,500,000 = 1,968,500,000 + new unrestricted(with the 80 mill) 2,036,319,231 = 4,004,819,231. I'm off by 3,002,172 shares un accounted for.
