EVEN IF he hadn’t returned them, because the Company was not reporting for 12 month after they declared themselves a NON-SHELL! ANY 144 SELLERS MUST USE a 4(a)1 legal opinion which cannot be rendered unless the shares have been held for 2 yrs.

Let’s further examine. Gene has not hit the 2 month mark not him selling, IR scammer guy cannot sell his 203.5 mill.

It’s 144 Sellers who have held for years. Look at the filings there were two holders alone that have held 200 mill shares for the past 6 years.
