How many dilutive shares will that require for the 15 million dollars in "your take"?

My take on George's preferred share conversion and sale of the commons to investors, is that he will present the company to the investors that $GVSI is acquiring a piece of, and they will willingly invest in $GVSI shares and he gets the 15 million dollars because it's such a good deal.
