My take on George's preferred share conversion and sale of the commons to investors, is that he will present the company to the investors that $GVSI is acquiring a piece of, and they will willingly invest in $GVSI shares and he gets the 15 million dollars because it's such a good deal. And he already has most of the investors lined up!
