If you think what Walther has done for decades by destroying companies and shareholders; requiring the Court to have him forcibly removed from his position, illegally& single handedly creating and then issuing unauthorized Preferred shares to his girl friend isn't germane to his current fatally flawed character, there is no reasoning with you.
I am sure you feel that the Federal Judge slapping Walther with a huge judgment and noting that Walther had purposely, with intent, created a scheme to defraud Adelstein/ Energy Supreme is immaterial, also. And, I am sure you don't care that that same Federal Judge excoriated Walther when he caught him trying to "smuggle in" an unauthorized claim. Walther has no morals, but he does have balls. When you lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas.
