It doesn’t matter how many . If they can stand up to Musk who actually did a lot for his shareholders , the court won’t care about negotiating power of insiders in my opinion . The financial reward must be proportional to the benefit provided . If shareholders should be happy with the rewards like “good for humanity “ or “cure for cancer” and not worry about ROI for years and decades , then insiders should be happy with the same reward as well.
