Hpyeropia, I would much prefer to see NWBO become a hub that other BPs can partner with than see it sold to the highest bidder in the next year or two, with or without going through a partnership first. I think the DCVax technology has a real potential to cure cancer, as well as a host of viruses and perhaps even the common cold. But with a lot of illnesses, I don't think BP is in any hurry to cure anything. They just want to put people on a maintenance plan for the rest of their lives....which might be much shortened. Let's give franchise a chance! It will be a huge, huge money-maker, particularly for us early investors. Also, at this early stage, there is still the concern that a BP will buy us and shelve DCVax because it's just not as lucrative as chemo and radiation or requires too much time and work and creative thinking to develop. DCVax is still very much in the development stage. Yes, we've gotten really good response when combined with poly-ICLC and Keytruda, but is it possible we will be an out-and-out cure for all cancers with the 4th treatment they are planning to add? (Can't think of the name).
So, I'm in favor of the "let's stay independent and develop a hub and spokes model" group that some posters appear to have forgotten about or forsaken for a quick $5 to $20 per share cash-in-hand buyout.
