But the original point was this seems fluffy and just like the ‘anticipated’ land purchase and development prospects in Tuskegee, it doesn’t provide substance nor any concrete wins. I know that’s a downer statement. We are all here for TPT to succeed but this doesn’t start that process. It’s an enhancement to the plan imo.

Nevertheless it’s another Pr and gets people to see the overall direction st3 wants to go. And it’s a good direction.
