Currently all share issued and warrants sold total about 1.2bn ish ... that`s the only number we need to worry about .

Per the last 10-Q at end of Q3:

1,145.1M common shares [page 3]
0,045.0M C shares (at 25X conversion) [page 3]
0,318.7M employee stock options [page 14]
0.105.4M warrants [page 22]
0,032.0M convertable notes [page 19, details scattered]
------------
1,646.2M

That does not include Advent and Flaskworks milestones not yet paid, nor dilution in the past 5 months.

The only reason I am not sure it is already over 1.7B is that there is a small but steady stream of cashless option exercises that reduces the number a bit.
