Sure, Vice Chancellor Laster labelled the true up , `... its straight up self dealing ` ... so it follows any
potential acquirer will say there`s a good chance those 300m shares ( that equated to the $41m I believe ) will be returned to the
shelf as such , so taking O/S back down to circa 900m so good for us but bad for the Exec.
Obviously 300m is 25% of 1,2bn outstanding shares , so if you were on the Exco that own the 300m and were voting on accepting an offer then
you`d see a bird in the hand as worth several in the bush , trusting as I said in my previous post a sale at $10 will see the suit
dropped like a hot stone , because albeit reverse engineered then they will have deserved the $41m with the only problem being they took it
a few years too early .
