Nvidia acquired Infiniband and Ethernet switch technology with the acquisition of Mellanox in 2020; they did continue that business AFAIK; surely some of the know-how was leveraged for NVSwitch.

The phrase to Google for would be "224G LR serdes". IP cores are available, but so far I'm not aware of anyone having announced a 102.4T switch with these types of interfaces. First announcements should happen this year - BRCM announced Tomahawk5 mid-2022 and started shipping in volume around a year ago, so first announcements on version 6 are due this year. This is a prerequisite for the transition to 8x200G transceivers.
