There has't been a submission. Missling has said they are still in dialogue and aiming to have a submission as soon as possible. IMO the public notification of EMA discussions took place around the time Anavex received Rett data. 11/20/2023 EMA PR and 01/02/2024 Rett PR.

Alot of health care practices in the US are built around compensation mechanisms. Healthcare as a percentage of GDP has grown from 5% of GDP in 1960 to 17.3% of GDP in 2022. Expect that to continue if healthcare delivery and cost remains in the private domain.
